Mission
Train Christians who are called to be entrepreneurs how to start and operate profitable and successful businesses using biblical and practical principles; and to empower them to release God's anointing so they will prosper and establish God's Kingdom in the earth.
Vision
Build a world-class, state-of-the-art business school that educates Christians on how to become successful entrepreneurs and business leaders using the Word of God. In addition, produce entrepreneurs who will be a blessing to the community, the nation, and the world---such that the world will recognize that they are truly under the anointing of God!
 Roberta Morris, Pastor Ed Smith, Wendy Gladney (Owner, Personal Services Plus) The Joseph Business School was established as a result of a vision given by God to Pastor Bill Winston and has been in operation since 1998. The school consists of a rigorous nine-month program and a biblically-based curriculum designed to teach Christians how to apply biblical principles to business management and entrepreneurship. Our talented faculty is comprised of seasoned business professionals and successful entrepreneurs who have worked for and served many of the Fortune 500 companies and have graduated from some of the top educational institutions in the nation. Best of all, they are Spirit-filled men and women of God who are grounded in the Word of God and are committed to building God's Kingdom and sharing their knowledge and expertise with the Body of Christ.
