WIN, CONSOLIDATE, DISCIPLE, SEND

The G12 Ministry forms leaders of character who have discovered their God given purpose in life and can successfully disciple others in a God-honoring way.

Our ministry exists in obedience to Matt 28:18-20; where Jesus commanded the church to make disciples of all men. We believe that every believer is a Leader. We train leaders who can lead twelve or even thousands of people into discipleship.

We provide 40 weeks of effective leadership training to develop and encourage individuals to lead Life Group Cells and to disciple homogeneous groups. We also form leaders with Godly character. We teach and train believers on how to give careful care and attention to all people who come into the Kingdom of God. The G12 Ministry takes place in the church, the home, the school, the office, and the community.

Essentially, we serve the Body of Christ and the lost and hurting world. Our primary objective is to win souls for Christ, to train and disciple believers to mature spiritually, socially, mentally and physically, then start the process of winning, consolidating, discipling and sending again.

   In the classroom, for training and instruction.
   In the home, where Life Groups meet.
   In the community, where we reach out to others through evangelism.
